Built as a special request from Mark Knopfler. Mark was a big fan of the Trainwreck style amps, and had asked me if I would do a good clean amp in the style of the Trainwreck Rocket. This amp has the most beautiful shimmering clean tone. Its 4 EL84, about 35 watts, and sounds spectacular with a strat. It sounds wonderful with any guitar, but the clean tone with a Strat is just perfect. Not to say it won't overdrive, but it does have good clean headroom before breakup. When it breaks up, it gives you a very sweet, clear overdrive that just loves a fuzz/tonebender (did someone say Dirty Hippie) or dynaranger pedal.

Built with painstaking detail for tone. Custom wound power and output transformers. Custom made coupling caps mounted on a hand wired turret board. Heavy gauge aluminum chassis welded in the corners for strength.

Powered by a hand picked blend of 3 12ax7 preamp tubes and 4 EL84 power tubes, with a GZ34 rectifier for the perfect feel.

Controls are Volume, Treble, Middle, Bass, Cut, Presence

3@1 gir deg mulighet til å svitsje mellom 3 instrumenter i stereo (A, B eller C). Inngangene er utstyrt med gullforgylte reléer og er isolert for å unngå signaltap og støy. Boksen har to utganger som enten kan brukes i stereo eller f.eks. gi signal til en forsterker og en tuner/stemmemaskin. 3@1 er i tillegg utstyrt med knapper for justering av nivå på inngang B og C slik at man kan jevne ut nivåforskjeller mellom instrumenter, eksempelvis hvis du bruker en gitar med humbucker og en gitar med single coils.

The new DV NY really captures the sound of the early Otto Links and Dukoffs with less resistance and much more ease of blowing. It has a bit of the Steve Grossman center in the sound, with much greater playing ease and evenness than any Link.It sounds very similar to the Otto Link, nice complex tone, but is much more responsive, more volume with less effort and the upper register and altissimo are bigger and fatter. This is gives that "Link" thing but way, way better...fatter and easy to play. The difference between the DV and the DV NY is most noticeable in the baffle which is the metal ledge that leads from the mouthpiece tip into the chamber. On the NY, it is very low, meaning that the 'drop' into the main chamber is not nearly as severe. This gives the NY a slightly less aggressive projection than the standard DV - but nevertheless retains a very big tone. Sub-tones are warmer with the NY and the top notes cut clearly. It has more flexibility and is rounder. For Tenor - The most popular tip opening range is 7*, 8, 8*. Players seem to prefer a size larger than what they would comparably play on a Link, for example, due to the relatively free blowing nature of the DV NY. t6 - .090 t6* - .095 t7 - .100 t7* - .105 t8 - .110 t8* - .115 t9* - .125 The DV NY occupies a similar place as the ESP and we think that players who like a wider mouthpiece in the mouth, and a more spread sound, will choose the DV. Players who like more of a Berg Larsen focused sound and a thinner. profile piece may prefer the ESP. About the patch on the DV NY: The beak of this mouthpiece is thin which allows for more vibration and contributes to the spread of the sound or what I call sound diffusion. A thin beak does not allow Jody to put a patch the way the DV has. He provides a a clear patch which feels very comfortable. For those of you who think that this may be a problem, try the piece for yourself.

Fuchs Blackjack 21 plasserer seg i styrke rett over lillebroren Lucky 7, med sine 21 watt fra to 6V6 rør i sluttrinnet. Dette betyr at du kan la sluttforsterkeren jobbe knallhardt uten å ødelegge for alle rundt deg. Som vi vet fra de andre enkanals non-mastervolum-forsterkerene fra Fuchs, er dette kraftige beist, så 21 watt gir deg den gode sluttforsterkervrengen i tillegg til at du har en god del reinlyd å gå på før rørene overstyres. Blackjack takler altså både velbygde trommiser og store klubblokaler.

Som i flere av de andre Fuchs-modellene finner du i Blackjack 21 tonale referanser både til Marshall og Trainwreck. Fuchs Blackjack 21 har den samme tonale rikdommen som de andre Fuchs-forsterkerene, der forforsterkertrinnet er designet for å ta deg fra 3-dimensjonale reintoner til full vreng bare ved å bruke volumkontrollen på gitaren. Det er sjelden å finne en forsterker som gir et så bredt spekter av så gode toner bare via gitaren.

Her har du den svære lyden av sluttforsterkerrør som jobber på spreng og samtidig nok headroom til reinlyd. Tonekontrollene er svært fleksible, ulikt mange typer forsterkere, og det er en forsterker som liker både pedaler, ulike typer gitarer og høyttalerkabinett. Her har du god lyd fra første tone, og timevis med moro når du prøver ulike innstillinger, gitarer, pedaler eller høyttalere.
